Our crepe myrtles looked like they had been dipped in whipped cream.
The power lines crossing our property were encased in ice.
Unfortunately there was a down side to all the beauty: power outages. We counted ourselves blessed to be able to stay warm and fed:

I probably wasn't the only one to get an unscheduled refrigerator cleaning!
Hopefully all those who have been without electricity have had their power restored by now!
